Each support call is logged into our helpdesk system which automatically generates an email to the customer and the support engineer that will handle the call. Most support incidents are handled during the initial phone call; no waiting for a technician to return your call the next day. An email message is sent to the customer each time the job is updated and again once it is closed; always keeping the customer abreast of the status of their job.
AC2 prides itself on its support and offers two levels of support. You pick the level that meets your specific needs, comfort level, and budget.
Support is offered 24 X 7, 365 days a year. Our field service engineers have years of experience with terminal automation systems and associated hardware including electronic presets and related equipment. Pointing the finger elsewhere is not our philosophy!
