BOL Station
TPMobile’s BOL Station provides a low cost easy to use solution that captures/stores and prints the drivers signature on the BOL. The BOL Station typically operates in a driver room or kiosk accessible for drivers to sign and print their BOL. Using the latest technology, TPMobile creates a customized workflow that facilitates this entire process from the touch of a finger.
Scale-House Station
TPMobile’s Scale-House Station provides a user-friendly way of inputting loading account information and presenting the vehicle’s tare and gross weight to the driver. The Scale-House Station manages the defined workflow that prompts, collects, and validates data entry with AC2’s TPVision Terminal Automation System.
Truck Staging/Load Planning Station
TPMobile’s Truck Staging Station allows for drivers to check both local and EDI based allocation (TABS or TDS contracts) before moving to the rack. This ensures that the driver is ready to begin the loading/unloading process at the rack without any contractual delays. Load Planning allows drivers to add orders to a customer planned, pre-dispatched truck load, which can have multiple orders across several truck compartments.
Driver Enrollment/Training Station
TPMobile’s Driver Enrollment/ Training Station assists the terminal operators in managing the training requirements at the facility. Training features include presentation of selected videos and subsequent verification questions. Once completed, the drivers training information is updated with the next required training date, based on company policy. The Driver Enrollment workflow can have the drivers update their own licensing and permitting in the system before review and authorization by the supervisor. TPMobile provides an easy way for drivers to be enrolled in the system and can help manage the training requirements at the loading terminal.
Reporting Station
TPMobile’s Reporting Station provides an easy to use solution for accessing standard or customized TPVision reports. It is focused on providing both stationary and mobile reporting requirements at the terminal or back office. TPMobile provides Operators, Traders, Engineers, and corporate office decision makers with the most up to date information.
